Care Bear and Rainbow Day

Well, this week is Winter Break at my school. This is when all the kids go skiing and the broke teachers get to sleep in and play all day! Yesterday was one of those care bear days (a name I call a perfect day). It started with sleeping in until 7 (that is way late considering my usual time is 4:45). Then, I went to my moms house and dropped off Bean for a playdate with Maggie! After that, I went to my friend Mary's house and we went on a 20 mile leisure bike ride. After the bike ride, we went to the Y (with all the stay at home moms) and did a nice little weight work out. After that, we went to Dandelions (one of our favorite vegetarian restaurants downtown). After a nice lunch outside, we started our journey to Mall at Milena. Oh how I LOVE the mall and now I love it even more when it is 2 on a "school day!" I felt so special because I got to help Mary pick out a gift for her daughter's 21st birthday. Kelsey is going to love the present!!! Did I mention how much i love Tiffany's? I am trying to figure out how I can earn some extra cash and get me a new piece of jewelry...hmmm....

After the mall, I visited my grandma at the rehab place and then I went home, changed and headed to my sis's house for dinner and play time with my niece and nephew...man am I going to miss them next month :(

What at Care Bear Day...
1. bike ride
2. Y during the day
3. lunch outside at Dandelions
4. MALL (including a trip into Tiffany's)!!
5. Sisters house for dinner

All and All I think it was one of the best days!!!
